December is one of the busiest month of all.
In Japan, many groups of people hold a so-called "Forget the year party". Many send out new year postcards with new year wishes. Companies want to complete projects or tasks from the current year in December, and make a fresh start in January.
Due to year-end and new year holidays in Japan, our office will be closed:
from Saturday, December 28, 2019 to Sunday, January 5, 2020.
We will resume our business on Monday, January 6, 2020.
Your message is important to us and we will respond as soon as possible. For urgent matters, please indicate "URGENT", and we will revert to you as soon as we can.
The Japan Patent Office will also be on holidays.
The Japan Patent Office will also be closed for the same period as above.
Their office will be closed according to the provision of the Act on Holidays of Administrative Organs.
The Japan Patent Office will be closed:
- Saturdays and Sundays,
- National holidays, and
- from December 29 to January 3
This year, the holidays of 1 to 3 above are connected together at the end of the year and the first week of the year 2020. The Japan Patent Office will enjoy the 9 days long holidays.
